Online Mini Baccarat by Play n Go
Baccarat is fast becoming one of the most widely played casino games at all international online casinos. One of the more popular versions of the game is Play n Go’s Mini Baccarat. In this version of the game, players compete directly against the dealer on a smaller table similar to blackjack. The classic baccarat rules apply where players can bet on themselves, on the banker and on a tie. In the notes below, we are going to take a look at how the game works and how to get started playing and winning online.
Mini Baccarat is set out in exactly the same way as a classic baccarat game. The only difference is that the table is slightly smaller. In the Play n Go online version of the game, the dealer’s chips are located at the top of the screen and the player at the bottom. The table is split with the player’s hands dealt on the left and the bankers hand dealt on the right. In the centre of the table are the three betting areas for the player, the banker and a tie.
The Three Betting Options
A game of Mini Baccarat begins with the player placing his or her bet on the table. The aim of baccarat is to beat the dealer by creating the highest point score possible using the cards you have been dealt. The game is similar to blackjack except that in baccarat there are three betting options. In this game, players can bet on themselves, on the banker or on a tie. A player bet pays out 1:1 while a banker bets pays out less as the house takes a small percentage. A tie bet pays out the most at 8:1 but the odds of a tie are extremely small. Players can also place a combination of bets on all three options.
Calculating Your Points
Once the online baccarat in Canada player has placed their bet, the dealer will then deal the player and the banker two cards each face up. In Mini Baccarat, each card has a point value. Cards 2-10 are worth their face value while the jack, queen and king are worth 10 points. The ace is worth a single point. The computer will automatically calculate the points in each hand. This is done by totalling up the two numbers and then dropping the first digit. For example, set of cards with a 7 and a 9 will have a total of 16. When the first digit is dropped, the total becomes 6.
The Third Card Rule
In online Mini Baccarat, if either the player or the banker has a natural hand (a hand of either 8 or 9) the hand automatically wins. If neither the banker nor the player has a natural hand, the player then has the option of taking a third card according to standard baccarat rules. If the player takes a third card, the banker also has the chance of accepting a third card. Once all the cards have been dealt, the computer will automatically determine which hand has won and will pay out accordingly.
